The Salon is available for Private Hire for the following: Hen Pampering Events Bridal Showers or Pampering Parties Teen Polish Parties Mum to Be or Baby Showers Corporate Reward Pamper Day We also offer Spray Tanning Parties for larger groups and can do this on a mobile basis however minimum of 6 people are required not including the hostess so 7 IN TOTAL. A deposit is required over the phone of £5 per person for example 6 Guests £30 deposit required. You can call us on 0118 9417388 to pay this deposit to secure your mobile party. This is non refundable in case of cancellation or perhaps if guests are not to show on the evening of the party. We ask this deposit as unfortunately previous parties have been booked for 10 people and only 3 guests have arrived for a Tan or the party has been cancelled entirely very last minute - We can not justify the commitment to work late evenings or weekends out of the salon hours without some sort of commitment from party wishing to book such an event. We appreciate that it takes some effort from the hostess to organise such an evening and therefore this is why we offer a FREE TAN TO THE HOSTESS to say Thank you very much for your hospitality and time in organising such an evening. So call your friends when you know you have 6 guests collect £5 from each and call 0118 9417388 to pay the deposit and book your ideal date. Send a reminder 1 week before to your guests about the tanning party any changes call Emily to advise. If you require to cancel then please advise as soon as possible. On the evening of the event ask each guest to bring their final £15 to pay in cash directly to Emily after their tan. Then get your TAN FOR FREE! SIMPLES! If after all your efforts on the evening your 6 guests do not show then you will be required to pay the full price for your tan only and the deposit will be help as way of covering the call out of the technician.
